Our tests are based on a full 1 quart milk container refrigerated to 37 degrees F, and then left out in a 70 degree room.

A plain container left out exceeded the Temperature Danger Zone in less than 1/2 hour!

A container inside a Coolmoo refrigerated together lasted 2 hours before the TDZ.

A container placed inside a CoolMoo that was frozen lasted 8 hours before TDZ!!
